Our family had the privelege of visiting a rural part of the Rift Valley Province in Kenya to the community of Salabwek. The men, women, and children of the community welcomed us very gratefully and we had the chance to interact and spend time with them. They were very grateful and excited when they heard that we were going to build a school for them! Thanks to the many fundraisers that the children in the Alamo/Danville community arranged and took part in, and especially the successful fundraiser gala event, Pledge to Humanity is happy to say that we have now fully fundraised for the construction of 2 schools along with other great contributions to the community! Great job to everyone who has been supporting Pledge to Humanity, we have been doing a great job with our local and global service projects, and we will continue to positively impact the lives of others.
