Pledge to Humanity’s annual project this year is to build a school in a rural Kenyan village. To raise funds for this project, the PTH children have started fundraisers of their own. The first children-led fundraiser was an incredibly successful Swim-a-Thon. Young kids and teenagers swam laps at the Roundhill pool and had their parents, family, and friends sponsor them for each lap they swam. Everyone did a great job and some kids swam up to 100 laps in the pool! The children helped organize and conduct this great fundraiser and the event was a huge success. The participation of the children is one of the most vital parts of Pledge to Humanity and thanks to them and all their hard work this fundraiser went very well!
