Hola! Amigos de PTH. Les comparto esta visita a la casa de una de las señoras en la Colonia Higueras en Jalisco. Muy agradecida por habernos abierto las puertas de su casa donde pudimos convivir con 4 señoras y sus hijos hermosos. Ahora les hable de la gran misericordia de Dios que se sientan amadas, dignas y protegidas por El que nunca abandona a ninguno de sus hijos. Solo dejarnos llevar y amar. Me lleve a mi hija y le gusto mucho acompañarme y donar sus cosas más! Siempre nos dejan mas de lo que les podamos dar!
Hello, friends of PTH. I want to share this visit to the house of one of the ladies in Colonia Higueras in Jalisco. Very grateful that they have opened the doors of their house where we could stay with four ladies and their beautiful children. Now to tell them about the great mercy of God who allows them to feel loved, worthy and protected by Him who never abandons any of his children. Just let go and love. I took my daughter with me, and she liked it a lot and helped me donate more things! Always they leave us with more than we can give them!
Esta es la segunda vez que voy con las señoras de la colonia Higueras en Jalisco y me siento muy feliz de poder compartirles algo de mi fe. Agradezco a Gaby Ghorbani por ser una gran parte de mi inspiración para iniciar este apostolado. Definitivamente me regreso con mucho más!! de lo que les pueda dar o dejar.
Hoy les hablé sobre la misión de ser mujeres cristianas, de la gran responsabilidad que tenemos ante Dios por ser hijas suyas y ante nosotras mismas al frente de nuestras familias y como sociedad, ya que estamos en este mundo no por casualidad sino con un motivo específico cada una y solo lo podemos descubrir de manos de Nuestro Señor.
Son señoras que unas mas otras menos como todas en la vida nos hemos dejado vencer por debilidades o errores muchas veces ajenos, pero si aprendemos a cargar nuestra cruz de la mano misericordioso y esperanzador del Padre, y no juzgar, nuestras vidas empiezan a moldearse y toman un rumbo y un significado diferente.
Descubrí que darse es algo tan sencillo y gratis en todos los niveles, que gratifica el alma y te llena de gozo. Agradezco a Dios por llevarme a esta oportunidad y espero poder seguir en este apostolado no como una caridad, sino como una necesidad inherente al corazón humano, pues estamos hechos para amar por naturaleza.
Gracias Pledge to humanity, por compartir este pequeño proyecto con migo, espero sirva de inspiración a alguien más. Pues a mí me esta cambiando la vida.
This is the second time I’ve gone to the ladies in Jalisco Higueras colony and I am very happy to share a bit of my faith. I want to thank Gaby Ghorbani for being a big part of my inspiration to start this group. I will definitely return with much more than what can give them.
Today I spoke about the mission of being Christian women, of the great responsibility we have before God to be his daughters and to ourselves in our families and in society, as we are in this world not by chance but with a specific purpose that we can only find in the hands of our Lord.
These ladies like all of us have been overcome by weaknesses or mistakes. But if we learn to carry our cross with compassion and hope, and learn not to judge, our lives begin to transform and take a different meaning.
I thank God for bringing me this opportunity and I hope to continue in this discipleship group not as a charity, but as an inherent human heart need, because we are made to love. Pledge to Humanity, thanks for sharing this little project with me. I hope will inspire someone else. For me it is changing my life.
Me siento muy bendecida de poder dar un poquito de mi con Señoras que me abrieron su corazon y terminaron derritiendo el mio. Es impresionante como da paz el poder compartir y donar algo de lo que sabes que en tu interior te hace ruido si no lo compartes, para eso es el amor de Dios porque es un regalo y se tiene que dar. Les trate de dar una platica sobre como la empatia con el ser mas próximo, es tu projimo que de la mano de Dios las cosas son mas llevaderas y que enfocarse en el amor hacia los demás nos hace libres y personas de verdad pues el tener los ojos puestos en lo bueno y justo nos quita las telarañas en los ojos de tanta superficialidad, chismes y paja. Quise que las Señoras me sintieran cercana pero sobre todo ellas cercanas, amigas de Dios.
Me da una enorme alegría saber que mi limitado conocimento espiritual las haya gratificado tanto. Pero la sorpresa fue que la enorme agradecida era yo. Mi hermana me acompaño y su experiencia fue enriquecedora también.
I feel very blessed to be able to serve with ladies who opened their heart to me and whose hearts ended up melting with mine. It gives me peace and power to give, for that is God’s love and it is a gift to share it with others. We discussed how empathy with your neighbor is the hand of God, and that things are more bearable when we focus on having love for others. It makes us free and genuine people. Keeping our eyes on what is just and good clears away the cobwebs and rids us of superficiality, gossip and straw.
It gives me great joy to know that my limited spiritual knowledge has had such great reward. But the big surprise was that I was so grateful. My sister joined me on this journey and her experience was also very rewarding.
