We are pleased and privileged to support the ongoing work that is happening in schools in Kenya! We are so proud to be involved with Free the Children, who is using our funds on the ground to make a difference in the lives of the people living there. Free the Children is an international charity that works to remove barriers to education and to empower communities to break the cycle of poverty.

In the summer of 2014, a group from Pledge to Humanity was able to travel to Kenya to visit and work at several of the schools we have funded there. Since then, PTH has adopted the village of Irkaat, Kenya. We are in the process of building latrines, a school, and a library. Thousands of kids have been supported via the lunch programs in Salabwek, Mwangaza, Pimbiniet, Kipsongol, Olorien, and soon Irkaat!
